The centre of civic and commercial amenities offers, in the centre of the Novodvorská housing estate with 13,000 inhabitants, the main tenant, which is largely used by residential residents, namely the Albert Supermarket, the renowned Lensi Eye Centre, a branch of Česká spořitelna a.s., the historically established family pharmacy Matami, a modern branch of Komerční banka, the Czech Post Office and the Teta drugstore.

Thanks to its location, the shopping centre is also very easily accessible by public transport (bus stop right next to the building) and at the same time there is an adjacent car park for individual car transport.
