Safety Real, Fond SICAV, a.s. is an externally managed fund of qualified investors with legal personality, which has an individual statutory body, which is AVANT Investment Company, a.s., ID No.: 275 90 241, with registered office at Hvězdova 1716/2b, Nusle, 140 00 Prague 4, which is authorised to manage and administer the fund. Safety Real, Fond SICAV, a.s. is a special type of joint-stock company regulated by Sections 154 to 169 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., as amended, hereinafter referred to as the “ZISIF”, which is only admissible for investment funds according to the ZISIF.

The fund is subject to regulation and supervision by the CNB. On February 11, 2014, it was entered in the commercial register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, entry 16888.

The custodian of the fund is CYRRUS, a.s., Veveří 3163/111 (BUDOVA PLATINIUM), 616 00 Brno, ID: 639 07 020, VAT number: CZ63907020, (Registration number B 3800 kept at the Regional Court in Brno).

AVANT investment company, a.s. is a manager of funds of qualified investors according to Act 240/2013 Coll. and its shareholder can only become a qualified investor according to section 272 of the above-mentioned Act.
